RobecoSAM is looking for a full-time Client Servicing Specialist. This position is vital and key in promoting the brand and growing our business.

Your Squad

In this position you will report to the Head of Client Servicing, working closely with almost all departments within RobecoSAM and many at our sister company, Robeco.

To fulfil this role, you will need to be able to work comfortably in both group environments and individually. You will also demonstrate the drive and skillset to constantly improve all aspects of Client Reporting by leveraging on both existing and potentially new technologies/capabilities.

Role Description

As a Client Servicing Specialist, your main tasks will be;

  • Contact point for all enquiries for external & internal stakeholders
  • Completion of RFI (ad-hoc & recurring) on RobecoSAM and Robeco products, funds, strategies, mandates and solutions.
  • Creation, coordination, completion and sending of all reports and static data requests on RobecoSAM and Robeco products, funds, strategies, mandates and solutions and internal man-agement/sales reports.
  • Supporting colleagues on projects directly related to the Client Servicing department
  • Back-up to other members of the Client Servicing team

In this position you will report to the Head of Client Servicing, working closely with almost all departments within RobecoSAM and many at our sister company, Robeco. To fulfil this role, you will need to be able to work comfortably in both group environments and individually. You will also demonstrate the drive and skillset to constantly improve all aspects of Client Reporting delivery by leveraging on both existing and potentially new technologies/capabilities.

The ideal candidate would offer

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics or a closely relat-ed field
  • Minimum work experience in Asset Management (preferable), Banking or Finance, ideally 3-5 years
  • Sound and proven experience in client servicing operations, including CRM tools, Due Diligence tasks, reporting, database maintenance/management, contracting; familiarity with back-office procedures also appreciated
  • Pragmatic & detail/solution-oriented approach and results-driven
  • Excellent editorial skills and in-depth vocabulary within the financial sector and Sustainability
  • Strong analytical and IT skills combined with the ability to think critically
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with a team-approach, while also being able to work independently
  • Pronounced interest in Sustainability Investing
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of English is required, other languages a big plus (esp. German, Nordic Languages, Japanese)
