Your main tasks in this position are:
You possess at least five to eight years of proven working experience in the field of compliance in the Swiss financial industry, ideally in asset management and preferably an additional education in Compliance or regulatory matters. You keep a clear overview at all times and you have strong analytical as well as good communication skills. The ability to work independently and responsibly is also part of your key strengths. You have an open-minded personality and a hands-on & can-do attitude.
In addition, your pragmatic mentality helps you to be business-oriented, but also detail-oriented and precise. You are service-oriented and deliver on-time. You are a team player who - as an inspired professional - drives tasks to the agreed goals. In a challenging, dynamic environment you stay focused and find solutions together with the team and stakeholders. You are capable of handling complex challenges while providing concise support. You pro-actively support the team in the delivery of its priorities. Spoken and written fluency in English as well as German enables you to work reliably in an international surrounding.
