Robeco wants to be transparent about its Active Ownership activities. Therefore, a full report of our active ownership activities in 2016 is published. The report includes voting and engagement statistics along with environmental, social and governance issues that we addressed last year.

Robeco’s Active Ownership team conducts engagement and voting activities across all Robeco and RobecoSAM portfolios. The team works closely with RobecoSAM’s Sustainability Investing Research in defining engagement themes and researching engagement cases.
